The Reset Challenge: Teen Edition
What will The Reset Challenge Retreat consist of?
The Retreat will focus on 3 health areas Spiritual, Mental and Physical.

Spiritual Health- Worship, Prayer Quiet Time

Mental Health -Therapeutic Groups and activities, Mindfulness (being in the moment)

Self-Esteem, Healthy Relationships, Brain Body Balance, Communication Skills and much more

Physical Health- Physical Activities, Rest, Healthy Meals and Snacks
The Challenge
(June 2-4, 2023)

15mins of Phone Time a Day- 5mins in the Morning, Noonday and Nighttime (Parents will be given a special number to call to get in touch and check in on teen.

(private number will be given to participants for emergencies)

No Electronics- No TVs, Tablets, Smart Watches (that are connected to devices), cameras.

No Social Media

Drink plenty of Water
-
1 medium size Luggage Bag and a small medicine Bag (Pack only the essentials)

No Make-up
-
No Candy, Sweets or junk food

Bring 1 inspirational book for reading.
